Adoption Program Foster Homes
Animals in Need
As part of our Kitten Adoption Program, we take in cats and kittens in need of forever homes. Each year we receive a large influx of animals in need of help, but unfortunately our space is limited. Despite this, we find homes for about 100-150 domestic animals per year, but we must be very careful how many we take in.
Since we do not yet have a cat shelter, we urge people to use the King County Shelter. They have a budget of $1 million, operate a nearly no-kill shelter, and have a large number of foster homes.
Becoming a Foster
We currently have a few foster homes and would welcome more. If you are interested in being a foster home in our program, please fill out and submit the form below.

It Takes a Village
Our goal of developing the Henry's Switch Discovery & Nature Center would ideally include the construction of an on-site shelter for our Adoption Program. To build a local shelter would take much more planning and is pending funding. To find out how to support this vision, please click here.
Enhancing Quality of Life
We would like to get a nice set of cat condos to house cats or other small animals, but that would take roughly $7,000 in donations. We are always happy to accept toys, food, or care items that would increase these abandoned animal's quality of life. You can find goods to donate by scrolling through our Amazon Wishlist.
