For the last few months, Federal Way school district fourth graders have been raising Coho salmon fry. We will be joining them on their days of release to teach the students what they can do to help native salmon populations at their own homes!

About the event

We will be teaching fourth graders from Federal Way how they can help native salmon populations with their day to day actions at home. At the event, students will be releasing salmon fry that they raised from eggs! Students will be taking home salmon mobiles that they made themselves to remind them of what they learned.
