Puget Sound's First Ecofaire: A family event on Sept. 12, 2020. What can individuals and families do to help make the Earth achieve a state of sustained health? What we know about promoting evironmental sustainablity is that it also helps to improve health in individuals and their families. We need to learn more, do more, and have some fun along the way. At the Renton Technical College, we will provide libations utilizing the culinary students at the school. We will have activities that range from children’s activities to community educational presentations on how we implement sustainability. It is important to remember that we do not just focus on our generation, but for generations to come.  We plan to host professionals who offer ways to allow us to become more sustainable. Some of our activities will be indoors in a large facility and some activities will be outdoors. We are mindful of Covid-19 and will incorporate the current guidelines as we get into fall. There is no charge to attend this event. As we get more specific offerings confirmed, we will continue to share that in our outreach efforts. Puget Sound Energy is a sponsoring partner for this event and we thank them!
